TIMESTEP- Tucson Initiative for Minoritized student Engagement in Science and Technology Program

TIMESTEP is a personal and professional development program for UArizona physical science undergrads, designed to increase retention and graduation among minoritized students by strengthening their technical skills, STEM identity, and ability to navigate and persist in their degree. Offerings include weekly student workshops, a research apprenticeship, and summer tech internships with local industry partners.
