Congratulations to Jessica Begay! Jessica was awarded the Agnese Nelms Haury Program in Environment and Social Justice “Native Pathways” scholarship to support her research and academic pursuits in the 2024 academic year. The Haury Native Pathways Initiative supports recruiting faculty, researchers, students, and staff whose teaching, scholarship, or outreach centers on matters relevant to Native American and Indigenous resilience.

Congratulations to Skyler Wyly! Skyler was selected to receive the 2023 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship. The Fellowship will provide him with three years of support over five years, which will be paid through his academic institution. Skyler’s research emphasized mindsets, adapting to mistakes in a learning environment, and secondary cognitive appraisal.
